Check Point Urgent Care Facilities: (2 facilities, 6,000 SF total) Two Facilities, New Construction. The space planning for each is unique and innovative with the patient experience taking primacy. The entire design and space planning revolves around the re-interpretation of the spatial arrangements for a clinic.
The patient experience from entry into lobby, to treatment, and discharge was highly designed to improve their experience. Staff support areas were condensed and secure will providing free circulation to each room.

Pediatric Group of Acadiana - New Roads: (2,352 SF Renovation) A complete renovation of an existing building for an outpatient medical clinic.
Arpeggio's Restaurant
Arpeggio's Restaurant: (2,955 SF Renovation & Repair) A fire consumed part of the restaurant. A renovation and repair of the interior and exterior was required. ADA upgrades were completed with access top the front main entry on the historic street side.

Arpeggio's event Center: (16,331 SF Renovation) Located in the Opelousas Historic District, Louisiana. To include venue space, main ballroom, designated repast space/small event room, food service support spaces and bar. Refurbish and reuse existing bank vault and incorporate into the new bar area.
New areas to also include entry courtyard surrounding a fountain, wrought iron balcony railings, bridal suites, offices and dedicated cigar room with custom ventilation system and separate street access.
