Southern University Leonce Reroof: This project consists of removal and replacement of roofing for the approximately 16,800 s.f. Leonce E. Gaiter Hall, constructed in 1921, on the Baton Rouge Campus of Southern University.
ULL Renovation of Foster Hall
ULL Renovation of Foster Hall: (18,486 SF Renovation with Site Improvements) The project consists of modernizing an existing 1901 building for UL. New HVAC, controls, electrical, telecommunications, and fire alarm system.
A complete interior renovation/modernization with ADA access added. Staff relocation and coordination with reconfiguration of student access and increased security measures. Hazardous materials testing, abatement and selective demolition.

LSUE Hundley Hall Reroof
LSUE Hundley Hall Reroof: (7,724 SF Reroof + Hazardous Materials Testing) Reroof of an existing building on LSUE’s campus, providing new ladder access and a new single ply PVC roof membrane. Hazardous materials testing required and performed with selective demolition. Removal of all skylights and unnecessary penetrations.
Southern University Swine & Poultry Structure Repairs
Southern University Swine & Poultry Structure Repairs: (6 buildings - 22,186 SF Renovations with Site Improvements) Comprehensive renovations on 6 buildings within the Southern University Agriculture system. Majority of renovations and repairs occurring on the Poultry Lab building containing two labs, 3 walk-in cooler/freezers and support spaces, feed storage areas, and classrooms.
Additional buildings include the Poultry Layer building, the Rabbitry building and Poultry Broiler building. These buildings contain cages, stalls and other various forms of animal management. Hazardous materials testing and abatement will be required with selective demolition.
